STEP 2: Team Entry Form
Add your team information. You can use same username and password for all your teams..

STEP 3: Enter Athletes to Roster
Not to exceed seventeen [17] athletes.

STEP 4: Enter Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Alternate Coach and Table Worker
Maximum of four [4] non-athletes [head coach, assistant coach,alternate coach or table worker] per team.

STEP 5: Complete Remaining Forms
Submit remaining paperwork online

STEP 6: Check Out
This is where you pay your tournament entry fee. With a credit card or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), you can pay for the tournament. Once this process is completed, you will receive an email confirmation verifying your payment. We recommend printing and saving this email for your own records.
