If you are using an account from last year, you will need to update your Team
Information with the correct age, division, and AAU Club Membership Number.
Once you are logged in, select your team name and click on “Update Team Info.”

STEP 1: Login / Register
You will first need to create a User Account. Once you set-up your account, you will receive an activation email. Once you activate your account, you can proceed.

NOTE:
If you have set up a user id and password for your Club Admin Login (Membership Account), you will need to set it up separately for the Event Registration system. Click here to continue.
You will receive your activation email in a matter of minutes. If you do not, check your spam filters or contact volleyball@aausports.org.
The email address entered when creating your account will be the email address that will receive all tournament information.
STEP: 2 Add a Team
Add your team information. You can register multiple teams within your account and pay for them all at once. You will need your 2009 Club Code. Be sure to select the correct age group for each team. The age group selected will be the age group the team is entered in.
STEP 3: Complete your Team Roster
You do not need to complete your roster online in order to enter the tournament . You can come back after registering for the tournament to add or modify your roster. Your team roster will need to be completed by the appropriate deadline.
For members registered with your Club Code, you will be able to access your club listing. You will need AAU membership numbers and zip codes for those participants not on your club list.
You can print out a copy of the roster for your records.
STEP 4: Add Another Team
You can add multiple teams under the same account and pay for them at one time. Just click the Add a Team button.
STEP 5: Event Sign-Up
With a credit card (VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express), you can sign-up for the tournament. We recommend printing your confirmation and invoice after completion. You will receive a confirmation email.
STEP 6: Additional Paperwork
Birth Certificates: Birth certificates must be presented at Team Check-In. Save time and upload the birth certificates to your team roster. Birth certificates will remain on file for future years, so you won’t have to submit next year for the same athlete.
Team Photos: Upload your team photo in a jpeg format. Photos will appear in the event program.
Seeding Information: This is required. You must submit Seeding Information on each team. The form must be completed and mailed to the AAU. Click here for the Seeding Form.
