STEP 1: Login
The person entering the team roster must create a user name and password.
This is not your AAU membership or club code.



STEP 2: Enter Your Team Info
Enter your team information. You will need to enter your AAU club code, team name, age group and division.

STEP 3: Build Your Roster - Enter Athletes
This is where you build your roster. Enter each athlete one at a time until complete. You will need membership ID's and zip codes for each athlete. You can stop and come back at any time until the entry deadline or until all info is completed.

STEP 4: Build Your Roster - Enter Head Coach, Assistant Coaches and Bench Personnel
Continue buidling your roster. Add a maximum of four [4] non-athletes [head coach, assistance coaches, or bench personnel] per team. You will need non-athlete AAU Membership I.D. and zip codes.

STEP 5: Complete Remaining Forms
Submit age and/or grade verification online.  To obtain a list of approved age verification documents from the AAU Girls' Basketball, CLICK HERE. To obtain a copy of the Junior Elgible Form, CLICK HERE.

• Scan and attach Junior Elgible Forms

STEP 6: Where Do You Want this Roster Delivered?
Finish submitting your roster by choosing an event. For future events, simply log back in as a returning user and submit your roster for another tournament.
